What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select countries outside North America. To see if we ship to your location, enter your shipping details during checkout, and our system will let you know. We're working hard to expand our shipping options to make our products available in as many countries as possible!

Where do your products ship from?

Our products are made and shipped from North Carolina, USA.

What is the cost and method of shipping?

Shipping prices and methods vary based on your location and the items you select. Since everything is shipped from the USA, the shipping method will depend on your location. Add the items you're interested in to your cart to receive a shipping quote

Will I pay additional customs or import fees?

If you are outside of the USA, you may be subject to customs or import fees. These fees are determined by your country’s customs agents and are not predictable. Blanket Lab is not responsible for these fees and cannot issue refunds for them under any circumstance.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been fully processed, you will receive a tracking code via email. Please note that processing may take a few days before tracking information is available.

Ordering & Returns

I changed my mind. Can I return my purchase?

We do not accept returns once an order has been processed. However, if your item arrives defective due to a manufacturing issue or if your order is lost in transit, we’re happy to offer a replacement. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving a defective item or after 7 days if your order still hasn’t arrived. Reach out via email or Instagram, and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.

My order arrived damaged or was lost in the mail. Can you replace it?

Absolutely. If your item arrives damaged, email a photo of the damaged product within 15 days of receiving it. For lost orders, if your order still hasn’t arrived 7 or more days after the expected delivery date, please reach out to us via email to request a replacement. We’ll assist you as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.

My order hasn't shipped yet. Can I cancel it?

Once your order is placed, it moves into production quickly, and due to the preparation required, we are unable to cancel it. Please double-check your order before finalizing your purchase.

How long until my order arrives?

All of our products are crafted to order and typically ship within 2-7 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and the product, but generally:

  • Domestic (US): 2-10 business days
  • Canada: 2-15 business days
  • International: 2-30 business days

Are the images printed, embroidered, or woven into the blanket?

Our blankets are woven directly using 100% cotton colored threads. This process ensures the design is part of the blanket itself, making it durable and long-lasting.

Are they machine washable?

Yes, our blankets are machine washable! For best results, wash them on a gentle cold cycle and either hang them to dry or tumble dry on a low heat setting.

What sizes are available?

Our woven blankets come in three sizes: 52x37", 60x50", and 80x60". Please note that not all blankets are available in all sizes, as some sizes may not work with certain image designs.

What materials are your blankets made from?

All our blankets are made from 100% woven cotton, ensuring durability and comfort.

Custom Blankets

Can I use any image for my custom blanket?

Most images work, but for best results, avoid low-resolution, blurry, or dark images. Designs with bold colors and clear contrasts turn out best.

Will my image fit exactly on the blanket?

Not all images will fit perfectly due to the aspect ratio of each blanket size. If adjustments are needed, we’ll send you a mockup before finalizing your order.

Can I see a preview before my blanket is made?

Yes! We’ll send you a mockup of your design for approval before we start weaving. Once confirmed, we can’t make further changes.

Why do some colors look different on the final product?

Our blankets are woven using six colored cotton yarns—red, blue, green, gold, white, and black. We have 195 possible color combinations, but neon, hot, or extremely bright yellow shades aren’t available. The system will automatically choose the closest match.

Can I use text in my design?

Yes! Large, bold fonts work best for readability. Small or thin text may become hard to distinguish when woven.

What happens to transparent elements in my design?

Any transparent areas will match the background color of the blanket, so be sure to design with this in mind.

Should I avoid large areas of solid color?

Yes. Solid color sections can be difficult to achieve, so we recommend designs with busier backgrounds or patterns for a more natural woven appearance.

Why should I avoid gradients in my design?

Gradients don’t translate well into woven fabrics. Instead of smooth fades, they may appear as blocky color transitions. We recommend using bold color shifts or solid sections instead.

Can I return or exchange my custom blanket?

Since each blanket is custom-made, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect. Please double-check your image before confirming your order.
